Hi, I'm Dr Priyanka Kant Kochhar, MDS, Tobacco Cessation Counsellor and Founder of Quit Quick Wellness Initiative. I am dedicated to helping individuals break free from nicotine dependence and lead healthier and happier lives.
At Quit Quick, I believe that quitting tobacco is not just about willpower - it is about understanding habits, managing triggers, reducing stress and building sustainable lifestyle changes. Through personalised counselling, practical strategies and continuous support, I help individuals overcome smoking, vaping, smokeless tobacco and nicotine addiction.
In addition to one-on-one counselling, I conduct workplace wellness sessions, awareness programs, and community outreach initiatives focused on stress management, healthy coping habits, tobacco prevention and employee wellbeing. My goal is to create healthier individuals, happier families and high-performance workplaces.
